1. Identify Your Power Type
Confirm whether your wall lamp is:
- Hardwired – Connects to in-wall electrical wiring.
- Plug-In – Plugs directly into a wall outlet.
- Rechargeable – Mounts to the wall and charges via included cable.
2. Tools You May Need
- Screwdriver
- Wire nuts (for hardwired models)
- Voltage tester
- Power drill (for new mounting points)
3. Hardwired Installation (Summary)
- Turn off power at the main electrical panel and verify with a voltage tester.
- Remove existing fixture if replacing, and disconnect wires.
- Attach mounting bracket to the junction box using the supplied screws.
- Connect wires: black to live, white to neutral, green/bare to ground. Secure with wire nuts and tuck into the box.
- Mount the lamp on the bracket and tighten screws.
- Install bulb (if required) and restore power to test.
4. Plug-In Models
- Fix the mounting bracket to the wall with anchors/screws.
- Attach the lamp and plug into a nearby outlet.
- Route and secure the cord neatly if needed.
5. Rechargeable Models
- Mount the bracket with screws and anchors.
- Fully charge the lamp using the included cable.
- Place the lamp onto the bracket and switch it on.
